TaxGateway
After the introduction of the German withholding tax on 01.01.2009, any tax relevant
data related to depot transfers must be provided to the receiving bank, KAG or Fund
Platform. Clearstream Banking Frankfurt (CBF) offers the data transmission service
TaxBox to facilitate the exchange of tax relevant information. TaxBox acts independently
from the settlement process of the position transfer.
TaxGateway is a solution for Banks, KAGs and Fund Platforms to enable integration
of TaxBox into organisational and IT architecture.
